- In the game: open Settings (the gear at the top right) and tap Help & Support. Write to us there and we reply right in the game, usually within a day.
How do I play?
Each rope runs between two pegs, twisted around its neighbours. Drag a peg over its partner to an empty hole and a twist comes undone. When a rope is fully untangled it leaves the board; clear every rope to solve the level. The game shows each new move with a short lesson the first time you need it.
I'm stuck on a level
Undo takes back any move, and Reset starts the level over. Every level gives you one free scissors cut: tap Free cut, then tap a rope to remove it. More cuts and extra moves cost coins, which you earn by solving levels.
I bought coins but didn't get them
Open Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Any purchase that was paid but never delivered (for example if the game closed during payment) is added to your coins. If they still don't arrive, write to us from Help & Support and we'll sort it out.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple. To ask for a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Where is my progress saved?
On your device. The game needs no account and plays offline. Deleting the game deletes your progress and coins.
